Our History

Saratoga Technologies, Inc. was founded in July, 2001 as a Tennessee registered corporation that originated as a subsidiary of Saratoga Software, which is headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa. Saratoga immediately began an acquisition campaign designed to gain clients and talented IT professionals already serving the region. To date they have made 12 acquisitions including ComputerWorks in 2001, Com-Tek in 2002, All-Tek and Central Computing in 2003, Automation Solutions in 2004, Star Technologies, Altech and High Speed Communications in 2005, Point Blank Communications and an unnamed copier repair company in 2006 and Logic Networks and Creative Technology Solutions (CTS) in 2007. We are growing rapidly and as large international firms are sending jobs overseas to cut costs, we are bringing jobs to this local market. We have grown from 2 employees to over 60 in just seven years.

We bring to the table over 100 years of combined experience in the technology industry which means you don't have to know it all or do it all. We have encountered a wide variety of problems and solutions in every type of industry, and have learned how to apply solutions to those problems in various ways and in various environments. Saratoga Technologies has provided business, medical, academic and other clientele with computer hardware, networking services and communications services for over 7 years. Saratoga Technologies is recognized as the premier technology solutions company in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
