Job Description

Saratoga Technologies is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position of Printer/Copier  Service Desk Technician, based out of our Knoxville, TN office.

Scope/Responsibility

Primary responsibilities include providing remote support for printers and copiers to various companies, prioritizing tickets based on urgency, documentation, tracking and follow up of customer needs, current working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies.

Experience/Qualification/Education

1-2 years’ experience in customer service is preferred. The ability to multitask effectively, possess excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are a must. Previous experience with Print Tracker software is a plus.
