Service Desk Coordinator

Location: Johnson City, TN
Type: Full Time

Job Description

·         Review high volume of new service tickets within one hour of receipt and accurately assign and prioritize service needs based on customer, service contract, level of disruption to customer’s operations, and availability of technicians

·         Communicate with sales, customers and technicians on status of work, delays and completion

·         Monitor status of open work, follow up with technicians and ensure timely completion

·         Manage workload among technicians to ensure even distribution of work

·         Complete Tier 1 service tickets

·         Analyze trends in service requests and make recommendations for operational improvements

·         Other assigned tasks

Experience/Qualification/Education

·         High School Diploma, Associate degree in technology a plus

·         Help desk preferred

·         Customer service

·         ServiceNow ticketing system a plus
