"The hard drive on the laptop that belongs to the president of our small college crashed unexpectedly. "In the last week of February, through a series of interrelated system maintenance activities, Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services (formerly CCH Legal Information Services) lost access to data stored on one of our NAS storage arrays.
